The hall is large and elegant. Service is professional and even a bit formal. Very large menu (as often in Romania). The food is good, I enjoyed both appetizer and main plate, the only "discordant note" was the creme brulè... very nice presentation. but the creme was really dry and not soft. Prices are not cheap, but reasonable: with 100 lei you can have your dinner.
