Spending time here is like a time travel, especially when you go in there for the first time: you like everything you see but you don't know what to expect for in the next steps. A lot of green, many ways of designs ... fresh air and a lot of quiet (depends of the day).
If you need to put yourself together, instead of meeting the psychologist I would recommend to take a walk through the Botanic Garden. Enjoy it!

A pleasant walk in the park with family and friends. 5 ron, fee entrance.
A autumn thematic exhibition was available to visit, free.
The best bothanical garden i visited în Cluj-Napoca, but this was ok, too.

A place for walking and recreation, in the fresh air, in a very large dwelling, in the heart of Iasi.
With special attractions, especially in the spring - tulips as well as autumn - chrysanthemums.
There are also greenhouses with exotic plants and a pool of exotic fish.
Very well maintained and a very clean place.
It's worth spending a whole day here, especially because there is an Orthodox monastery in the botanical garden.

Alleys were remade and parts of the park were renewed, which makes it so much better than it was. There is a nice rose garden and a beautiful small pool with water lilies. Not so many flowers inside but I guess it depends on the season.

The botanic garden belongs to the University Al. I. Cuza from Iasi. A part of the botanic garden can be visited and it also has some research laboratory.

Maybe I'm the wrong audience for botanical gardens... it's beautiful, very well maintained, information available in English. Benches aplenty (though no Kiosks - it's an academic institution, so better pack a bottle of water). Nice visit for an hour or so.

Since I am from Iasi, I have a few favorite places, and the botanical garden is definitely #1. The garden is pretty big, it's "man made" as far as design, and it looks really good, and it'as perfect for a bit of relaxation in the nature. There is also the greenhouse, where visitors can see all sorts of plants that don't normally grow in our weather conditions, that's also fun to visit.

The botanic garden is beautiful. especially the entrance zone. We visited on a hot day, and I insisted to see the lake-
it was a big mistake. In order to see the lake you need to go down a lot of broken stairs near the lake there are a few
.skip it. benches but that's it. this area of the parc is not so maintained and my recommendation is to

Beautifull area, kids enjoyed the nature, we had a full walk around the garden. Wasnt easy to access some alleys while having the baby stroller with us, specially need more signage's, down close to the lake. my kids enjoyed feeding the ducks there, and the goose. Also not sure if there is an emergency plan, in case something happen somewhere farther, just wondering ...We loved the roses garden as well. There was some cleaning and pest control work around, I guess that should be done out of the operating hours as well. Will go back there and bring our friends with us

The garden is very big, we were impressed. Cactus area were flowering in this period and it was the most beautiful collection I have seen. Was not the rose garden period, but for the look of the place, the flowers should be sumptuous and royal'ish.
There is also a lake to visit at a lower high than the gardens, which means that you must be in shape from returning back to flowers area.
The definition is to have relaxing walks.
