Good healthy food and you can relax and check the good view of nature. The people serving in the restaurant are nice and accommodating. We will definitely come back next time

In our journey on the NORTH (baguio-sagada-bontoc-banaue) near death experience due to the perilous, under construction roads, and food that was 'meh' at best... Gaia is a wonderful experience and very worth walking to from sagada town proper. Food price is reasonable and the soups are particularly filling! Must try: potato soup.

And the owners are very nice.... U will enjoy it there....

This place absolutely blew me away, and it's hard to know which aspect to talk about first.
After a month and a half of travelling, the menu at Gaia's catered to everything that I had been lacking. Dishes heavy with rice, meat, fat and oil left me craving something fresh and nutritious, which can be extraordinary difficult to come by - but Gaia's delivers.

The variety of the menu is impressive. We ate here every day in our trip, in our eagerness to try as much as possible. Each and every dish was fresh, nutritious, filling, and amazingly tasty. Don't be put off by the fact that there's no meat - I'm not a vegetarian, and there is nothing on this menu that leaves you wanting. Soups, salads, pasta dishes, sandwiches, among a plethora of other fantastic meals (the vegan patties are definitely worth a try)

There's also a great array of drinks.. tasty teas, good coffee (coffee drinkers should try the 'soy coffee' - very interesting flavour, and you can purchase some from the small shop inside), hot chocolates using raw cacao (GREAT drink to have if you've just survived the caving connection experience), vegetable shakes and fruit smoothies.

The price is ridiculously reasonable, particularly for what you get.

But above and beyond the food, the ambiance of the place is just lovely. You can sit out on the wooden deck overlooking the rice terraces, situated amid the middle of the pines. More importantly, the staff are just absolutely lovely people, who provide you with great service. I've never felt more comfortable and happy in a restaurant - the vibes of the place are brilliant. A small gift shop on the inside provides local made wares that help support development in the region, which is brilliant. Includes food items, clothes, jewelry, books and other small crafts.

Go and support this place. It's worth it.

So far it was hard to find vegetarian\vegan food in the Philippines, so we didn't have much expectations to find any in a small town like Sagada.
It was a great surprise to me and my carnivore wife. Ate there twice. Ordered different food each time and were deeply satisfied. Other then food the place is nicely decorated and the view is meditative.
