Going Sagada generally calls for an adventure, so I must assume that each and every lodging here will not be thrown much effort quality-wise. However, if you're just looking for a quiet place to stay after an adventurous day, RG is perfect. They have free coffee and water, common sala and spacious room. Water heater does the job but fireplace is no avail. For what it's worht, you won't expect that much.

Spent 2 nights here while traveling around Sagada. Rooms size is okay, double bed is the smallest I've seen - fine if two of you are not overweight. Good wireless internet connection in the lobby area and free tea/coffee through the day.

Lots of cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Actually everything in Sagada is.

The lady who runs the place is really friendly. Considering its only 250ps for a clean private room and the shared showers are clean and have hot water its really good value. Like the rest of sagada its really boring at night but I did meet some nice people here.

We've stayed here for two nights. The place is in the town proper so its good yet it was so peaceful.the room has its own bath yet it was only 250/head/nyt.Our room was still occupied when we arrived so they gave us the bigger room. We were only two but the room was good for five..lol...the room was clean...very cold...the place feels so homey and the family was very kind and nice and they make sure to tend to your needs as long as they can.they will let you cook at the kitchen and will provide you with the utensils.
What we loved most was the unlimited brewed coffee.sulit tlaga.Weve only met tita mary once so the one who attended us was her son and his wife.both were very kind...we will probably go back to sagada and stay here..

I spent 3D/2N at this place while I was in Sagada. I loved the relaxed atmosphere and the free coffee/wi-fi at the lobby. We had an extra blanket in our room. We were able to requests which beers to refrigerate so we could buy them when we get back.

The only problem was the water. We were on the third floor and the water pressure was kinda low and the water heater was temperamental. You would have to reset it several times to finish a bath.

Room Tip: Choose a room closer to the lobby for wi-fi access.

I arrived in Sagada from Baguio quite sick. Tita Mary and family showed a lot of concern and consistently provided me with my own thermos of hot water. The family is really very warm and accommodating. I stayed here for a full MONTH because I enjoyed them so much (of course, Sagada itself is pretty nice, too:)

Wifi is good in the "lobby" and on the second floor, but just a heads up...there is only one single-person room on that floor, and it doesn't have a power outlet. The others are bigger rooms. I'm not positive, but I think the wife might work down in the basement, too. I got a great price for my long-term stay.

Free hot water/coffee...and a great place to meet other travelers. Highly recommended!

Room Tip: Wifi is definitely OK on the 2nd floor. Maybe in the basement, but I am not sure.

All of us want our vacation to be the best! Time to relax… Time to unwind and explore!

Lovely Lodge, cosy ,really quite spot.
unbelievable friendly owner MAry and his husband. Every question they answer with a lot of patience.
Rooms are clean and comfortable.
The location is a near to everywhere, from the center of sagada definitely this is the place we
allowed to cook at their kitchen with no extra charge!
Purified water & coffee are FREE

sumangin caving

I didn't know how physical it would be to go in the sumangin cave in sagada, and so got a most thrilling 2 hour or so adventure. Wouldn't have missed it for the world! tnx. to our guide "SOTERO"

You would need:
1. A good licensed guide (hey, that's your life and limb you're entrusting them with)
2. A headlamp
3. Quick dry clothes
4. Non-slippery rubber sandals with traction
5. And the one thing I wished I had but did not have--a pair of gloves
