Cool cafe, great sanwiches and smoothies, with terrace overlooking the mountains. Good prices too. Perfect spot for lunch.

I've been hunting around for a decent coffee in Peru, without much luck, so I can't be too harsh, but it's bitter and not very good. The juice was nice though.

The perfect place to chill out, with a fab menu, comfy couches and free wifi. I could've have spent all day there!

Clearly a lot of work has gone into this place, with a huge balcony, a pleasant, open layout, a small library and nice decorations. The food is decent and reasonably priced for a tourist oriented place.

The only thing really holding it back is the somewhat random rules. I've seen them mentioned by other reviews, so it seems to be a common problem... Number one is that you must wear shoes at all times; I like to cross my legs and I tend to take a shoe off so that the sole of my shoe isn't making a mess of the couch/table/whatever else nearby. Unfortunately that's against the rules. Likewise, don't slip your feet out of your flip flops, also against the rules. The staff seemed apologetic when complaining, but el duenyo doesn't like it, so what choice do they have.

Another problem is the minimum charge (10 soles) if you want to use the wifi; we've been several times to eat, but sometimes I just want a coffee. Again, against the rules. No coffee and wifi for you.

the food and drinks are really great, a little bit expensive (coffee 7 soles!), the atmosphere is very good (open fire place, lots of mountain pictures on the wall, a lot of travellers), but the owner service is unpolite (you are not allowed to put off your shows in order to relax better, even if you are sitting on the balcony without other guests!).
