Small room and smaller bathroom, but adequate for a one night stay. Hot water, good breakfast, lift to all floors. Friendly reception. Clean and comfy bed. Could be noisy from adjacent restaurant if you wanted an early start to join the bus queue.

Room tip: High floors may be quieter.

Stayed here for a night before touring Machupicchu. Great location, easy to find, close to the bus station( Machu Picchu) , so many restaurants , shops and a market close by . Walking distance to the train station. Rooms were clean , nice, I had reliable WiFi service in my room, free bottle of water . Breakfast on the 7th floor (cocina restaurant )was good nice selection. Great views at the restaurant as well. Check out was at 10 a.m but you could leave luggage at the reception, come back and use the lobby , free tea, freshen up in the bathroom before leaving the hotel. Staff was friendly. Elevator was convenient. WiFi in the lobby and rooms. Yes there was some noise when guests got back to the hotel or early in the a.m when preparing for tours. All in all a nice , comfortable hotel for the night.

We stayed in this hotel and after reading the other reviews I was a little scared. But....we had a good stay and liked the hotel. It is simple, but the location is good, rooms are clean and staff is very friendly.
The only problem is that you hear all the noise from the streets and from other guests. It doesn’t matter if you have the windows opened or closed...all sound is coming through.
Maybe some complimentary earplugs next to your bed would be a nice gesture....and it will be cheaper than new windows.

We stayed here for one night before heading to Machu Picchu. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was nice. There are lots of restaurants and shops close and the bus to Machu Picchu was easy to get to from the hotel. There was some noise at night, but there just seems to be lots going on during their busy season.

If I ever make it bAck to Machu Picchu Area , I’m not 100% sure I would choose this hotel. The price was right, but there may be other hotels or hostels that offer a similar service for a better price.

Pros;
Good location
Great staff, super helpful and they picked us up from the train station and walked us to the hotel. Extremely helpful.

Rooms were clean.

Cons:
Noise travels in this hotel when guests are in the lobby.
WiFi only in the lobby, not in rooms.
We had a room that had a window that faced another wall. That said, aguas calientes is a loud town, lots of bars, so while were shielded from bar noise, we did hear all guest returning from a night out.

Breakfast staff was so nice, but the breakfast options were limited and bland.

No heater, at least if was not turned on when we were there.
