We ate here twice in two days. The verdict: excellent, the best restaurant in Aquas Calientes, in our opinion. Great food (tiradito de trucha, lomo saltado, trucha in anise sauce, tres leches for dessert, gran blanco dry white wine, etc.), great service (Pedro Infantes was the most accommodating person we met in all of Peru), and actually a fun location for outdoor dining watching the trains go by. In short: not to be missed, highly recommended.
