Stayed here during a tour with 5 other people. The service is okay and the rooms were just okay as well. However, the rooms have hardwood floors, which means every step the persons around you take are quite noticeable. I traveled solo and was given a room with 2 beds, which was fine. But stay away from rooms 113-116. They're located on the main hall down a small corridor and you can hear everything thats going on all day and night. Also, as others have mentioned there are no elevators, which isnt a problem, the staff was very helpful with bags. But if your tour bus parks on the main avenue, as ours did, there is a STEEP walk to get to the hotel entrance. I consider myself in above average shape & had to catch my breath for a good 5 minutes once we got inside.
