I checked in at the Radisson Blu Hotel because I had heard good things about the hotel. I was there partly for business, and partly for pleasure and needed to ensure my time away from home was comfortable.
I arrived early, and so was checked in immediately. I thought that was quite kind of the. Until I was informed AFTER checking me in that they had charged an extra 50% to my bill. I was tired after a long flight so didn't make too much of a fuss.
The room was lovely and so was breakfast, however there was no Hot water to have showers in the building!!! I called all day and kept being promised that it was being fixed Now. 24 hours later there was no improvement. It suddenly dawned on me they were aware of the situation but didn't want to confess to it. The amazing thing was everyone else didn't seem to be making a fuss.
To my disappointment, no apologies were given until it was forced out of them, and no compensation. Instead I was asked if I had taken anything from the minibar so they could charge me the extras!!!
I have checked out and now stay at Four Points where the atmosphere was lovely, friendly and very professional. And there is running hot water in the rooms.More
