This is a lovely little restaurant on the side of the running waters of the spring at Ras El Ma. There is a terrace, and quite a number of virtually private tables set in the terraced gardens behind and alongside the building. The people who owned the premises were very friendly and hospitable and the food was delicious. The goat pie was finished for the day but they cooked me a fresh dish of spiced goat and legumes, which was hearty and delicious. Bread was served hot, very fresh and crusty with a nice tapenade.
Deserts are also gorgeous: the local yoghurt with walnuts and honey, and the Chocolate Parfait are divine (we couldn't try the fruit tart as it had sold out already).
As this restaurant is close to our apartment, we returned the next night, and enjoyed the whole experience again. Comfort mains, delicious deserts and all in a very pleasant setting - just as good as the previous night!
