Stayed here for a couple of nights during a very rainy period. Luckily this is a very comfortable little hotel with about 5 rooms that are very nicely decorated in Moroccan style with bright colours. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom large with a good shower with lots of very warm water and good pressure, and there was a seating area with a bed with cushions and 2 chairs and a table. There is a woodburning stove for the colder months placed in the middle of the house in the hallway, which produces a lot of heat, with enough reaching the rooms to keep you warm. There are also seating areas in the hallway that allow you to sit opposite to the stove if needed.
Ana and Carlos who own and run this place are very friendly and helpful, and make you feel at home straight away. Ana cooked a delicious dinner for the guests one night when it was raining too hard to venture outside.

What a generous couple Ana and Carlos are. Nothing was too much trouble for them during our 3 night stay. Carlos meeting us at 1am to guide us to their home which we would never have located by ourselves and always being on hand to offer many services including breakfast on the terrace. Then there was Ana the practical nurse caring for my unwell partner after her unfortunate experience at a local restaurant. And always with such a pleasant manner.
There were so many other little things that we were thankful for at Casa La Parma . The informative open conversation about life in Chaouen including tips on bargaining and food prices etc, the lunch that was packed for our early morning trip and our hosts trying to find us after our departure to return a misplaced poncho. We feel lucky to have such happy memories of our wonderful experience being spoilt by Ana and Carlos in their delightful home.

I totally agree, from the time you receive the info e-mail you feel like you'll stay at your friend's home. Ana and Carlos are the greatest hosts!! I specially appreciate they took care of me, as I caught a cold. Ana made a great shake with ginger that made me feel much better!
I wish there was a place like this everywhere you go. This was one of our best stays ever!
The only trouble we had was finding the hotel, but once there we felt literally home.

Casa La Palma is such a lovely place, situated away from the centre of the medina, it is a quiet and relaxing place. The place is tastefully decorated with great views from the terrace, rooms are spotless and very comfortable. Carlos and Hanan, the Spanish couple who own this place are great host, beyond the good restaurant suggestions and information of ChefCahouen, I enjoyed having chats to both of them to hear about their experiences and share our own. If you turn from Fes with tummy troubles, don't worry, the jug of fresh lime juice they prepare for you will ease your pain and provide for more comfortable onward journey. Hanan prepared a packed breakfast to take on our early bus trip when we left which we really appreciated. Thanks to our lovely host, we do hope to return and will take you up on the invitation to drop in for a coffee and to stay of course :-)

This was one of the best places I stayed in all of Morocco, and certainly the best value. The owner, Carlos, is a great host - kind, generous, and very smart. (He speaks so many languages fluently, including English, Spanish, French, Arabic, and much more!) The house is in a superb location - at the top of the old medina, just a 5-minute, gorgeous walk through the blue streets to get to the main square. Carlos recommended some excellent restaurants, which were delicious. And I slept so well. It was definitely the most quiet place I stayed on my trip, whereas other hotels - including ones that are top-ranked on tripadvisor - were extremely loud. I am so grateful for this place.

Carlos and Ana are very kind and helpful person; they did all in order to make easier and happy our holidays in Chefchaoune, giving us a lot of tips about the city and the country as well. Great atmosphere and great value for money!
