Nabistul was a brilliant host, as were all of her team. Nabistul made sure that she knew everybody by name and went out of her way to organise specialised tours for you, including everything you desired.
The rooms were adequate but could have done with a new mattress on my bed - but that was a minor factor.
The drink and banana fritters on arrival was a lovely touch and made you feel at home straight away.
On the 3rd floor there is a light and airy restaurant which served amazing food. The pancakes you get for breakfast were delicious and set me up for the day :) they also offer cooking classes but unfortunately I didnt have time to under take any of these which I really am gutted about as the food was out of this world.
Finally, the river tour that Nabistul took us on was worth every single sen that we paid! She was our tour guide and even brought snacks along for us...what a gem. We headed over to the island and went through the village on stilts before heading down the river to see wild macaks and proboscis monkeys. We then watched the sun go down and were transformed into another world of stars, fire flies and a secret surprise before heading back for a delicious dinner prepared by her staff!
All in all an amazing stay with excellent friendly staff!
