Staying in Premier Water Chalet for a night during the school holiday. I can only describe/express my experience with this hotel as ordinary. Overall the service of the staffs are good and friendly.

Unfortunately, there are areas that need improvements as depicted below:

1. Check in
The check in process was fast. However, you will not be given your room keys because the rooms were not ready (this is very common). The front desk staff told that the rooms will be ready around 4.00pm and promised to call us (left our HP number). We did not get any call at all. We returned to the hotel at about 4.00pm and managed to get only 1 room key only as they informed us the other room is still in the cleaning process.

2. Cleanliness
The room cleanliness was at acceptable level except the floor. It was dirty, dusty and even when you walk on it you may feel that they are lot of tiny sands. We asked the housekeeping staff to sweep again the floor.

3. Flies
They are flies in the room and restaurant.

4. The layout of the room
It has been commented by some guests earlier and I know it cannot be changed. Once you step into the chalet, it is the washroom. The beds are situated after you have pass through the washroom. Problems: Other guests can not enter the room if someone are using the washroom.

Room Tip: You need to have your own transportation as to access places/attractions nearby.

-The hotel chalet room was not well maintain.
- The food serve in Breakfast are cold. The coffee doesn't taste like coffee at all.!!
- Dinners at the Tea House Restaurant was a bad experience. They serve appetizer later after your main dishes. The beer are at room temperature, and the glass are dirty with stained.
- There is no beach!! and no other attraction nearby.

- I'm expecting better service for the value that we pay for the so called 5 star hotel.

Room Tip: Not recommended at all

We went there for Company's Annual Dinner & Family day. Stayed for one night. Our room it at 8th Floor overlooking the sea with own balcony. The view was just ok. The room has two Queen Size bed which was enough for a family of 5.

The entrance of the room will be the bathroom area which was quite unique. The room has its own big bath tub. The kids love it. The swimming pool was quite small for my kids & its crowded during our stay.

The food during my stay was just average. Its not up to the standard. Most of the food was tasteless. Buffet dinner was served & breakfast.
Pro's : The lift was fast & my kid love the archery range (but need to pay at lobby). Unique room.
Con's: Food not up to the standard.
Tips :- Park on the upper floor. Easy to access the room if you're staying on the building side.

We stayed couple of nights in the water chalet. Those professional photos were probably taken over 10 years ago, major features still remain, but few places require some facelift. The design of the chalet is a bit odd; right immediately when you open the door, you have a big bath tub right infront of you, floor is always cold (ceramic floor tile + aircon) and there is no rug or carpet to dry up your feet. After the hot bath, you could imagine it's all wet all over. Love the shower though where you can open up the roof and have the sunlight shining through. Spacious room, we had a king size for ourselves and a queen for our 5-year-old, and he really enjoyed having the whole big bed for himself. The pool is not big, but quite pleasant as it wasn't at all crowded during our stay, and the Jacuzzi is always nice to have. The surrounding area is quite dull, there's nothing much to do around Port Dickson either.

We stayed here for a total of 5 nights. We checked into the premium water chalet room 145. The room was very spacious for a couple but i think more people might have been a bit cramped. The shower and bath facilities were nice, there was a nice touch where you could pull back the ceiling at the shower and have a shower under the sky. There were nice touches with glass panels in the floor which showed the sea underneath. The balcony was a good place to relax. We had the pool to ourselves a few times which was very enjoyable. We did not do activities but there was alot on offer. We would stay here again and its a place to come and relax.

Stayed there for two nights. Arrived Friday evening and no problem during the check in. Was assigned room on 10th floor facing the pool. The room is spacious, however, I believe the used of wooden flooring gives the room its rustic smell or shall I say filthy smell? There were two beds, one double and another queen size. Fit for four however the breakfast coupons are only for two.

Bedsheet and towels were not at their best. Some stain and the towel should have not been used anymore.

Breakfast was good with plenty of choices. Could have stayed there the whole morning eating :-)
