Was there and ordered some normal dishes but the price really makes me shocked.
Middle size sweet and sour pork cost RM 33 which is more expensive than KL Bukit Bintang area.
Won't recommend people to visit and if go to PD next time will travel further to town instead of eating near by PD hotel or resort area.

This place does not at all deserve to be ranked the best place to eat in pd. The good was awful! Terrible terrible food! Yes service was great. And yes food was served really quick. But it tasted like crap! That might explain how they served us so fast! We ordered fish cooked in three flavours (ikan tiga rasa). this is something is order frequently in teluk intan. The fish is usually fried and then a gravy cooked in an asam pedas/tiga rasa style is poured all over the fish. This is what we expected here. Or even something different with its own unique twist. But what we got was a fried fish coated in store-bought thai chili sauce! Dafuq?!! Then we ordered marmite pork ribs. The lady said it was their specialty. We got deep fried pork mean coated with matmite dissolved in water and corn starch. No seasoning. No garlic. No sesame seeds. No nothing. Just sweet. Kangkung belacan was edible. No complains there. Butter prawns had decent flavours. But bloody hell the prawns weren't cleaned! They still had their digestive tract (poop tube) well intact inside every single prawn!! Clean them dammit!!

Had a reasonably satisfying seafood dinner. Went there on a Monday night. Ample available tables. But no herbal chicken (only available on weekends) and no Lian Rong Pao (stopped selling it) and no coconut cream ice cream despite the adverts on the wall. Ordered Har Lok prawns, salted egg yolk fish, fried rice & a soup. Only Rm91 for family of 2 adults & 3 kids.

The food we ordered was excellent. We ordered *not sure if it was salted egg/buttermilk* crab, kam heong lala, omelette, steam fish and potato leaf. The portions were generous and everything was tasty. Total bill came up to RM260. Only annoying thing is the slamming of the door against one another every time someone goes through it. This door is located in between air-conditioned room and non air-conditioned one. We told the staff to put a door stopper between them but no one did anything about it. Apart from that, would highly recommend this restaurant for seafood.
