Arrived and checked-in on Friday, had our first dinner in the Japanese restaurant because the main restaurant serving BBQ was fully booked. I ordered teriyaki chicken set while my wife ordered the fried beef set. The food took a long time to arrive, the chicken was average but the fried beef was simply hard and indigestible. Each set costs RM60 and I would not expect any chef to dish out such standard even at any local food stall. Our breakfast on both saturday and sunday were also bad with lousy food. For the rest of our lunch and dinners, we drove to seafood restaurants outside the hotel.

Room Tip: Not worth the room price, go somewhere else.

We are traveling with our 2yo toddler for a 2 nights weekend getaway. Stayed in Deluxe Suite Gardens Living.

Arrived at 3pm on a Friday. Check in was smooth. Took less than 15mins. Front office service was good and helpful.

Deluxe Suite is highly recommended for family with kids because you can park your car right outside your room door step. It save us a lot of effort to unload stuff, mainly for our 2yo boy. And its a outdoor pool. The pool is not as cold as those covered like Sky Pool Villa.

Rooms is very clean. Full bathroom amenities. Tooth brush set and shaver are provided. Few can drinks in the mini bar (chargeable) . Complimentary coffee and tea refill each day, but they charge you if you need more. This is quite ridiculous for what i paid for the room. It did make me unhappy when i saw this terms.

They should have provide at least a chair at the pool side. No sitting area around the pool. No space for you to hang your wet clothes.

Breakfast was ok and edible. Service was ok too.

Lots of activities in the hotel but we did not try any. We spend most of our time in the room.

Overall a good experience and hopefully on my next return, the management did improve on making customer happier, by giving them more coffee. I need coffee to stay happy. :)

I have been there on April this year for my birthday celebration. Was planned for months and hope to have a wonderful birthday in the resort. Since it's a 5Star resort, before i checking in thr, i was thinking the service provided must be good. But it was totally wrong, front desk staff look unfriendly and doesnt make me feeling warm. Ok skip the bad part, it was great to have buggy service to send us to room, cz resort is huge, u'll be lazy to walk if u get d end of the corner.

When i opened my room door, it was really impress me. Big room with 2 king size bed and private pool in d room. Wash room is big too. Everything is good but the cleanliness is still out of expectation, especially the pool area.

While waiting for my friends arrive, me and another 2 friends was hungry and we decided to order some pizza. Room service is fast, the food was deliver within 20mins. To be honest, the pizza is just normal, a lot of cheese but less topping. But the breakfast buffet was not bad. Many choices and i like they're serving plenty of juices.

Beside the service of staff and cleanliness of the room to be improve, overall staying experience was not bad, quiet room with sea-view.

The only hotel with private pool in Malaysia. We spent most of our time in the room/pool as we went there during ramadhan.
It was convenient and the pool is definitely a winner.
Service is excellent ~ maybe because it was not many guest during this fasting month
Ramadhan buffet is worthy. Variety of food can be choose without having to wrestle arms n legs (as what usually happened in most hotel in KL)
Would recommend to those who wants relaxing n quiet getaway.
N it just 45~1 hour driving from KL

i would like to thanks to Duty Manager-Calvin from Grand Lexis resort that asisst me to arrange the birthday cake for my Brother celebration at this resort.

Upon arrival at Lobby we have served a welcome towel and welcome drinks and check-in process was smooth till buggy waiting for us to send my family to waterchalet ( Room 2127).Its a nice room and bigger with Indoor swimming pool ( 4FT ). My parents really like the room and did mention SERVICE here was GREAT..

Many thanks to Housekeeping staff who pick-up my call for my request such like special pillow (Herbal -Favourite ) and bathtowel to my room in a efficient time. In addition to, swimming pool attendant ( Trainee from Melaka and Indonesia ). Not only trainee but look like a permanent staff can understand my needs and basic knowledge of hotel information and well attend to GUEST.

You all have done the great service and your service have been reward 5 star resort..I will coming again next year. See you
