I booked this hotel for my weekend trip to Port Dickson from 7 - 8, October 2017.

Lobby
The lobby is located at Level 2, to access it from the outside is to drive up the multi level car park via a left hander L-shaped ramp. Once after the left hander, the ramp levels out and the lobby is on the right.

To access street level, take the elevator to Ground Floor.

Room
I booked an executive suite so that I can can get a full sea view from my room. I was allocated a suite at level 5.

Room is large, with a double bed, wardrobe and dressing table. In the kitchen, a fridge, dining table with 2 chairs, a kettle with 2 500ml bottled water. A balcony was attached.

Living area comes with a sofa and a television which can be rotated to face the bed or the sofa. It comes with a glass door which can be opened to allow fresh air to enter.

Breakfast was included since I booked via Agoda, and served at Ground Floor.

Staff are friendly and check in and out is simple.

Facility
As of 8 October, I can see a swimming pool from the corridor at Level 5. Nearly all of the shop lots on the ground floor are still undergoing renovation. None are opened yet.

Location
This hotel is located at the edge of the PD Waterfront, so Mc Donalds, Starbucks, Kenny Rogers is just a short walk (5 mins) away. There is Billion, a supermarket located 2 blocks behind the hotel, many eatery places within walking distance.

The beach is just opposite the hotel.

Room Tip: Only executive suites have full sea view, others have partial sea view. - Information taken from Agoda website when I booked this place

I love the view of my room. It's facing the sea and can see a beautiful sunset. Everything is quite new and clean. The building itself not fully occupy, can see alot vacant lots. i love the waterfront just outside of the hotel, Mc.D, kenny rogers, a very nice Starbuck and a few restaurant and bar just few feet away. I really enjoyed my coffee there sitting and chatting with a beautiful ocean view. There's even a supermarket just in front. There is no sandy beach here but you can just along road with the full view of the ocean.
The breakfast is good. I think is because there are not many people they didn't do the buffet style. We can choose the local dish of nasi lemak and fried mee or the continental breakfast, with eggs, sausages ,salads ,fruits and toast. And all the dishes can be ordered repeatedly, (i took both continental and nasi lemak with extra ordered of toast and sausages all make fresh!) There's tea and coffee and juices to choose from too.

The room, the size is quite ok for 2 person. Comfortable. Aircon is new so it's cool. Tv channel are so so as only a few local station. The bathroom is clean but to minimalist. There was no space to put our toiletry, Just a small space for the soap and toothbrush(our own) the hanger only 1 is quite high. The most inconvenient was the shower room. There is absolutely no space to put your stuff or your eyeglasses! all have to put on the floor.
The furniture. All are new but not very sturdy... the beds makes a sounds when you move in or out of your bed, like one of it's leg shorter than the other..><. It's kinda noisy if you goes to the toilet late at night.... There's a small drawer table where they kept the hairdryer, that's too if you open all the way, the drawer will off balance too.
But overall I only stayed 1 night with my friend as a weekend getaway. I wish we can stay 1 more night. Thank you.

Hotel is not finished.Nothing as advertised. No breakfast, no fridge, no laundry facilities, the shower was filling up with water, apart from wanting to charge $ 154/00 for cancellation and $ 220/00 for the weekend, simply ridiculous!
The hotel staff were nice and friendly, the only nice thing.

Stayed overnight with my wife and the Hotel Rooms overlook the PD Waterfront Shopping area with the sea to the side. We has a nice double room which was comfortable and well furnished. There is a large pool which was very nice and looks over the seafront. There is also an excellent gym which we tried and enjoyed as it is well stocked with equipment. Only a few TV channels in Malay and Chinese, no English.

The Hotel is still being completed and there is no food outlets in the Hotel and the builders still on site but I heard no noise or drilling which was a relief. Happily there are a number of food outlets within a short walk, from Mc D's and Kenny Rodgers to Chinese, Korean and other restaurants, so plenty of choice.

The room was good but let down by a heavily soiled toilet in the shower, please see photographs attached. Not the type that can be washed off and needs replacing. Disappointing as we must have been one of the first people to book the room and a toilet should not have been let in that condition in a new luxury Hotel. Photo peaks for itself. We may return in a few months when the Hotel is fully functional.
