We spent two days at the BW Prima Resort, very memorable with plenty of joys and laughters.

Our children ( 3 & 4 years of age) just love them. We cycle and soak in the water park for several hours, great happiness.

Both the kids pools are not deep, very safe..

After a long day of fun at the beautiful water park, we had dinner at the Resort's Prima Kitchen restaurant, food was tasteful and sumptuous, we spoke to staff as well. They are all so friendly and hospitable.

Overall a great holiday for us!

I would stay in this quality of hotel in order to save money on accommodation in a worthwhile location - like a remote, tropical beach, or something. When the location is a field in Port Dickson that doesn't even have a view of the sea (instead, has views of a water treatment plant), it is simply not worth it - especially not for the prices. Room had mould all over the walls and curtains, hallways were covered in pigeon feathers and pigeon droppings, poor security levels re: door locks, sheets were yellowed and old (although did seem reasonably clean). VERY run down overall. No wifi (there was meant to be). No alcohol. Food was below average - and it's usually difficult to find bad food in Malaysia. I suppose staying here would be possibly worth it if you have young kids and they're into waterparks (the waterpark is pretty grubby but OK), but otherwise, avoid.

This was probably one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. I can't remember staying at any hotel with a more horrifying experience. I don't expect a lot but a hotel can't be this bad!

I stayed here for two nights and over the span of that two nights (I'm not even in the room during the day), I killed probably around ten cockroaches and sighted a rat three times (not sure if it's even the same rat). The floor is very dusty. The bed has those kind of bedsheets you won't find in hotels but might find it in someone's bedroom. The blankets look like they belong to someone. I'm truly appalled, does the hotel management think this will make you feel at home? Definitely not to me. I dreaded going back to the hotel every night.

The bathroom floor's cracked in certain areas. And is really really tiny. The toilet bowl is basically next to where you will stand to shower and you can't move anywhere.

My room came with a kitchenette and I don't even want to begin describing how disgusting it looks. The cabinet wood looks like it has mold growing on them, ugh! Opps, I already said I'm not gonna describe the kitchenette. Sorry guys! I probably need to go throw up now.

I will never, ever visit this hotel again. After one stay, one will wonder if anyone will ever go back for seconds.

Average to disappointing.
The hotel needs smartening up - superficially it looks OK, but once you're inside the rooms the lack of care in finishing them becomes obvious. We had a nice looking room with a pleasant sitting area, a balcony overlooking the pool, a hallway and bathroom. There were pictures on the walls and at first glance you think it is very good. Then you realise that every single piece of wallpaper is peeling off (poor workmanship more than anything else) the ceiling in the bathroom has holes poked into it and cracked tiles on the walls. Friends of ours had family rooms with cramped bedrooms and large, empty looking living rooms with wooden furniture. Again, shabby and lacking in care.
The food was OK, though several pieces of chicken from the evening barbecue were pinkly raw. Breakfast was OK, bread for toast, chicken curry, vegetables and rice (no roti, oddly enough), chicken sausage, fruit and cereal. I would have expected eggs and porridge but unless that had been served before we got there, there wasn't any.
What I really took exception to was that the hotel website itself refers to a pub and bistro.......there's no pub. This is a halal hotel and there's no alcohol.
Best Western needs to look at this hotel AND its website.
We wouldn't return here.

I visited here on 20th Oct Sunday, booked a family junior suite, 1 double bed and 2 single beds. The bed quite comfortable, and the room was big. But there were no wifi in my room though in the booking it should be in the package. Bathroom and mini-kitchen's water tap handle heads were loosen, fall out if you turn it. TV picture quality very poor, picture noise worst than the cctv.

They gave you 2 wristband for water park (2 x 4 for family junior suite), 1 for the check in date used from 3pm - 7pm, another for the next day, 8am - 12pm. But, there is no gate there, anyone could enter the water park from anywhere, even if you have no wristband.

Location: Not even close to the beach. Far from PD town.
Resort: Won't even call it a resort. Rundown structure, tasteless decor, dim light, no aircond in the living room, couldn't find the remote control for the bedroom's.
Service: Need to redeem (better said: beg) the ticket to enter the waterpark, and welcome drinks. Plus welcome drinks only available till 6pm. You think it'd be some gorgeous fruit punch later found it's only some iced-colored-sweet drinks.
The only good thing we liked was the waterpark. Young kids would definitely love it. Lots of splash and slides and huge pool.
Cleanliness: pass.

Room Tip: Not to stay at Block G. No views at all. Only one lift to accommodate the whole lot
