hotel Place: easy to find via waze. the hotel room are okay, you know the place is old but still fine to stay for overnight.

Food: we book room with breakfast buffet. we arrived during Ramadan and we were the only gueat on our first day, so the buffet were not served. they offered ala carte menu instead, I asked the reception why this was not informed before hand, i understand that they need to reach quota before they will offer buffet breakfast, but they should have at least informed us beforehand. The lady in the Cafeteria was generous enough to provide us free flow of toasts and coffee and juice. so its still okay for me. luckily on the next day they managed to reach quota so buffet breakfast was served. The food tastes very delicious and on point by the way. so even they gave ala carte menu on our first day, we are still satisfied.

Service: I must commend their service is great providing all our requests in an instant. like extra towels and complimentary water.

location: based on other reviews, the hotel is in front of the best beach water of Port Dickson, and I must say they are right, other beachfront doesn’t look good and even the water were not okay to swim to, but in Bayu Beach, the water, though a little bit dirty due to seaweeds, it doesn’t have any other dirty debris.

1. Port Dickson can be very crowded with local tourist visiting for short weekend gateway.
2. This hotel is strategically located between PD Town and PD attraction place
3. They offered well maintained apartments and room at affordable place, please do book in advance, they are always out of room
4. The breakfast was good but with many tourist, the management could at least prepare the food refill a little bit faster
5. The beach is great, the sand is still white and smooth comparing with any other beach in PD. Probably because of no other development been made to the beach.
6. For break fast, dinner and lunch there are local hawker stalls just a walk away opposite the hotel main road
7. The downturn is probably the parking area, too small for family that drive big car.

Room tip: ask for ground floor room if you want easy access to the beach, but u dont like crowd, top floor is good. Weekend can be very noisy

I came with 40++ senior citizens to enjoy a retreat, games, sharing and just chilling out from 14th to 16th March. My room 511 had two rooms and two baths. All in working order, good aircond and coffee, kettle and 4 bottles of water. The pool looks very inviting though I didn't use it. The route to the beach is rather roundabout route but acceptable. Lots of green buffer grass and trees before the Sandy beach. Good place to camp if you like it. Food is reasonable, nothing exciting nor creative. Good hall and sound facilities, polite and courteous staff. Newspaper at the lobby are available.

Beach facilities are non existent which is a waste for such a nice beach. Could have some hammocks, chairs or seats, pergolas, sports or beach activities. Bicycles are not available for rent. Could have free shuttle to PD town. Beach cleanliness is lacking with rubbish, cans, papers, plastics strewn around. Pillows and towels have seen better days or should be changed.

If you are not a local and have some basic expectations this place is probably not for you. It’s like an old budget hotel. Check in and out is slow. They should check the rooms before checking in guests. The WiFi drops constantly. They have a nice pool but they take people from outside that pay a fee, so the place is a zoo. They claim it’s on the best beach in Port Dickson, which is probably true, but don’t go there for the beach
