Interesting setting. Good accessibility to interesting game spots. Unfortunately the whole experience for a three generation family was ruined by the trainee staff being pushed to front of house while the staff supposedly training them did the bare minimum and then had the audacity to ASK for tips. We are Kenyan citizens, and will not blink at leaving 5k to 10k as tips at the end of a two night visit, but the management here seriously need to get a grip on an otherwise quaint lodge.
