We were a group of 12 (adults and children) that stayed at the Kilaguni Serena on the 12th of May for one night.
The location is beautiful with a open viewing gallery directly facing a waterhole. The balconies in the room have the same view! Unfortunately we didn't get to see many animals come to drink water.
The rooms were spacious for a couple, neat and warm.
The service was great, the staff very courteous.
The food was good, nothing really to complain about.
But the only thing where I was disappointed, was during dinner. Obviously lights were dim, since its an open area and insects are bound to come. But that evening for dinner, there were these insects creeping and falling from all over....on the table and into the food at the counter...I wish they had some some solution/system whereby the food is covered properly or some net system covering the tables.
That would be my only negative for this otherwise beautiful property.
