Awesome safari with JTSafaris.

It was breathtaking to see the animals in their natural environment.

Saw three of the "big 5", missed out on the elusive leopard and the rhino which we knew we wouldn't see anyway.

“Tsavo East and West with JT Safari's”
Reviewed September 14, 2013

My first advice is do not book with your hotel or tour company as you will go on this trip with a company called Pollman's. They are the biggest company but have inferior vehicles to some of the local operators.
We booked with JT safari's about 8 weeks before we came out leaving a 40% deposit.
I can not recommend Julius and Peter the driver/guide enough as they were both amazing.
The price was great and I saved at least £600 on the price quoted by Thompsons with Pollman's.
Julius has the best 4x4 Jeeps in the park and you need it as the roads are very bumpy.
We stayed at Saltlick and VOI both outstanding safari lodges.
We saw every animal we wanted to except hippo and Rhino which are not around in this area of the park but we saw hundreds of elephant, Zebra, Giraffe and plenty of Lions.
Check out JT's website and trust him 100%
I would recommend 2 nights..

WE have just returned from Kenya where we stayed at the Boabab Beach hotel with our 8 year old granddaughter. We went on a two day safari with JT Safaris and it was simply the best experience
you could imagine. we did Tsavo East and west and saw masses of game, and were so well looked after by our safe and friendly driver. I would always book JT Sararis anywhere in Kenya.

“A great safari with Sentysafaris.com”
Reviewed September 9, 2013

Once again we have enjoyed another thrilling safari experience in both Tsavo East & West National Parks with Salim Senty, a brilliant guide/driver with over 30 years experience. We have been using Salim's services almost every year since July 2000 and he has always provided a very memorable safari. This year, in early June, we met up with Salim in Mtito Andei where we left our vehicle and drove with Salim into Tsavo East NP where we stayed at Voi Safari Lodge for 2 nights. It was very dry and unfortunately this seemed to have had an effect on the wildlife as the numbers of game were less than we have seen on previous visits. Still plenty of elephants and buffalo and with Salim's guidance we did manage to find lions on two occasions.
Then we moved on to Tsavo West NP where we stayed for 2 nights at Ngulia Lodge where a pair of leopards came on both nights to take advantage of the food offering, a leg of goat hung up in a close by tree. Again there were plenty of elephants and buffalo together with lots of plains game. While out on our first days game drive, an all day outing with a picnic lunch, Salim's incredible eyesight picked up a beautiful leopard resting on a fallen tree. Fabulous!
Another splendid safari with Salim and both lodges were quite good. Very clean with quite reasonable food.
Anyone out there who wants to do a private safari while enjoying your own personal ininerary need look no further than Salim Senty. He comes highly recommended and can offer safari outings from 1 day to as long as you want starting in either Mombasa or Nairobi. Check out his website, www.sentysafaris.com where you will find all of his contact details or email him at sentysafaris@gmail.com.
Thanks once more Salim, another wonderful safari experience in beautiful Kenya.
