Review of Flamingo Hill Tented Camp

A very comfortable and well maintained camp. The tents are spacious and clean and hot water and electricity are available 24 hours. The pool area is ideal to relax between game drives. The food is top quality and the staff very helpful. The only one improvement could be the locks on the tents, but I wasn't a great issue.

Very poor showing
Not allowing guides and associated personnel to dine with guests is the lowest of low just because the directors are visiting. Do they still think that they are in colony times? I will never lodge at this camp as a result.

Superbly Unique!
This is another of the properties that we use when we have a stop in Lake Nakuru. And we used it in our last #Bigcatshow Safari. The food food here is way more than what you would expect; in fact everyone in the group had a very positive response on the food👌👌. The Tents is also another highlight of our stay here, they are very well maintained and they has the of what you would not expect.
Out of all, what matters to me the most in all the places I visit is the people! Here everyone is very friendly, happy and helpful which actually is the backbone of the camp!

PEACEFUL BEAUTIFUL CAMP
We wish we had more than one night here just to relax. Nice tent. Great staff. We especially want to point out the chef and server who were very attentive to our special dietary needs. Lovely dining room.

Weekend getaway.
Wow wow wow!!! After an exciting day drive through the Nakuru reserve, my boyfriend and I stayed with Flamingo tented camp for the weekend and from start to finish the staff treated us like royalty. They were extremely welcoming and friendly. The tented room we stayed in was beautiful, neat and spacious. The food was delicious, we really ate like kings. We soaked up some sun at the pool and definitely felt relaxed after an amazing massage that we had at the camp. We enjoyed ourselves so much from start to finish. I would Definitely recommend anyone to stay here even if it is just for a few nights.

A clean, well-maintained and well-staffed safari camp.
All the staff were exceptionally friendly and keen to ensure our stay was a relaxing one. The chefs were eager to ensure we ate well and there was a good range of food available, with a fantastic fresh fruit selection. The rooms were comfortable and clean with plenty of hot water available for showering. There was WiFi available in the reception and bar, and in the evenings a fire pit was set up to keep warm by after dinner. It was very handily located next to all the wildlife, with herds of buffalo and zebra lurking just outside the gates.
