We were especially pleased with the service. All employees were remarkably helpful and welcoming. we were impressed by the service,
We had a great night,
The tents are clean and big which you can have 4-5 persons in one tent, we were looking to the stars, we booked a far tent so that we can enjoy the silence of the desert.
Food is amazing, i recommend the zarb.

We are seasoned travelers and this was one of the most disappointing experiences of all of our trips.

We went with the expectation that we would have a true desert experience. Our two hour jeep ride turned into a one hour twenty minute buzz through the sand, with a little faux culture thrown in. Our tour organizer, Desert Horizons, offered to throw in a morning sunrise ride as compensation, but we declined.

After returning we were sitting in the common area when they began playing music at ear-splitting decibels. When we suggested we had come for the peace of the desert we were told there were "tuning" the system for the nightly program. After two hours of non-stop noise we complained again, this time more vigorously, and they turned it down but did not seem happy about it.

A short time later a group of teenage youth from Amman arrived with 3-4 leaders and marched around the camp shouting and cheering. This went on well into the night, with the final noise subsiding around 3:00 a.m.

The only positive was that the evening meal was substantive and tasty. The evening entertainment featured the staff and some customers dancing around a small fire. It was interesting, but not worth the cost. The men's bathroom was a mess. Would not recommend this camp to anyone.

reasonable 2 person tents with basic beds and electric light. wc and shower block 200m from our tent. about 200 tents. central dining area with music pleasant and dinner and breakfast fine. singing and dancing bedouin waiters, one of whom organized the express(20 minute) repair of my badly ripped trousers for no charge. service very pleasant.
not the bedouin experience we had hoped for but ok on its own terms.
