We did a half day jeep tour with our family two adults and two children aged 9 and 7. We had a wonderful time. Mehedi's brother Aouda took us around the desert and showed us the many and varied aspects of Wadi Rum, and gave us a tasty lunch in the middle of the desert.
We also got to see him show off his mechanical skills, helping a Bedouin driver fix his car, and also changing a tyre on his own vehicle, which he did without a jack, just using a pile of rocks.

The camp itself was very well set up, with a cozy warm tent, with lights coming from solar panels that had charged up during the day, and very warm blankets and comfortable mattresses. Dinner in the central tent and tea around the fire afterwards were a great way to unwind from the desert day.

Mehedi also arranged for our drivers for the rest of our Jordan trip, who were both friendly, and great with our kids.

Wadi Rum is an absolutely stunning place, and Mehedi and Aouda did a great job showing it to us.

Bedouin Directions provides very good services for tourists. To start with, their communication is clear to the customers, so that expectations can be matched! The package includes camel rides, trekking, climbing mountains, jeep drifting, visiting identified spots in the desert, camp fire, staying in tents in the desert and the meals while we are on the camp site!! The place is exciting and beautiful, the bedouins are friendly and hospitable people.

What you experience is the culture and llife of bedouins, the serene surroundings of the desert and the tranquil spirit of Wadi Rum.

Its worth every penny!

We had a wonderfull experience in Wadirum desert, everything was well organized and our family agreed this was the best day in our two week trip in Israel-Jordan (including Petra, Dead sea, Masada, Red Sea glass boat, tunnels in Jerusalem, Old Jaffa etc.)

We were a bunch of 9 people, we requested a tailored trip to combine camels & jeeps, the people in charge & the guide were so nice and welcoming, they also made sure that any extra requests were taken care of. Would do it again definitely.
