Great accommodation and hospitality. It was my birthday and they made me a cake, did a traditional dance for us and played happy birthday at dinner time. Was absolutely wonderful!
You have to be realistic when booking this accommodation. You will be in the middle of the dessert with basic (although very clean) facilities. You will not have your creature comforts but that is part of the experience.
The Bedouins who run this camp are very hospitable and speak a number of languages. Water is free, as are the nighttime guided walks in the desert (highly recommended). We did an amazing camel safari back to Wadi rum village however our jeep safari was not great (our guide was not very informative and knew very little English)
Despite this, we would still give the whole experience a 5* although I'd recommend you ask specifically for a guide who is fluent in your language if doing a jeep safari. More
