What a gem! This little restaurant tucked in this little sleepy, sandy town, is lovely. The owner really takes care of his customers, and makes everyone feel like they are the VIP! The food is high end, and high quality. If you are feeling adventurous, try the sweetbreads. They were fabulous. The Barramundi was delicious. The Cabernet, from the vineyards of the owner, is excellent. And of course, if you want something really special, ask for the Chef's dessert! Don't ask too many questions about it! Just trust me and try it! It's expensive, but it's a molecular gastronomical experience!

Fabulous food. The menu contains only 4 entres but each one was outstanding. Better than most tel aviv restaurants.

We never expected a Restaurant this good in a small town in the Negev desert. The homemade bread with pesto was delicious and the salad very fresh and tasty. The fish as main dish was excellent. The only complaint we had is that the helpings are very generous and left no room for Dessert!

It started w/the very classy setting in the middle of desert, followed by meeting Shahar, the friendly young chef, drinking his excellent private label wine (the more expensive of the two offered), home baked bread w/2 pestos, 2 appetizers (the sweet bread w/wasabi ice cream was amazing!, the merguez very good), 2 excellent pastas and 1 desert- creamed cheese cake w/wild berries. The service was pleasant , all in all a very nice evening, though on the expensive side (over 600 NIS for 2 people). We recommend the place and wish Shahar success in his endeavors.

Service was great, I assume the waiting staff is local, and it shows - for good and for bad. They forgot to place the salt/pepper and the toothpicks on the table, but they seem eager and genuinely happy at work.
The food was delightful. I had the sweetbreads (highly recommended) and fish. Also tasted from the steak and pasta, which were also good. Deserts were ok but very big, we hardly finished 2 dishes between the 7 of us.
The restaurant serves also as a hotel, and is located in an industrial part of town. There's no doubt the architect / designer did wonders with the site - the more aesthetically-oriented members of the family were very impressed.
