Have stayed here 2 years in a row because how excellent this boutique hotel is. The staff has best customer service, friendly, informative. Even though an older hotel the rooms are clean, quiet, spacious. Wonderful breakfast buffet. Ideal location - lots to do and see in the area. A definite hotel to come back to plus the prices are the best. A hidden gem. I have been here on a solo trip and this time I brought friends. The surrounding restaurants for dinner have wonderful cuisine at affordable prices to suit all budgets. Has a swimming pool.

The standard room is a bit small for parents plus two - consider the family room
No elevator
The pool is nice but a bit cold in October

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Clean and well-appointed suite room. Amazing breakfast buffet! Friendly and helpful staff. Conveniently located 1 block from the Ramon Crater, 15 minute walk to the Spice Quarter, easy walk to local restaurants, and shopping.
