Although we didn't go into this mosque and towards the end of our trip we tried to stay away from all the muslim architecture that's trully pushed into a Persian culture we still loved this marvelous piece of art. Try to stand at a crossroad on the end/start of this street and make a photo of a long lovely street with a mosque at the end. Awesome!
Yet another brilliant mosque in a country full of brilliant mosques. Must see! Gorgeous tiles etc inside and super outside
excellent mosque and well worth a visit. Lots of unique beautiful features and their beauty never fails to impress.
This mosque has beautiful tiles.Blue and turquoise tiles have been a great attraction to space. This mosque also has a museum and water storage.
It's just amazing to lay and relax on the carpet of this elegant mosque (something you can't do in a christian church) and watch the beautiful blue tile/mosaic work above you.
When I got lost in the narrow streets, seeing the mosque helped me to get back in the right direction. Sitting on a roof top restaurant of one of the hostels at night, chatting with new friends and seeing the illuminated mosque was the unique middle eastern experience I was looking for.
Close to the old centre town, worth going to to view the amazing mosaic work. Make sure you have a local to explain the writings around the mosque.
