We stayed at Pars El-Goli for three nights during Nowruz holidays in late March. It claims to be a five stars, while in fact the facilities hardly can reach to those standards. Here comes a brief:
Location: at a silent neighborhood in south-east corner of the city, obviously far from downtown but is next (walking distance) to El-Goli park, has a view across Tabriz, also near to the city's ring road.
Cons: Four stars stuff in the rooms, long waits for the elevators, inadequate TV channels, and a bit boring about entertainment
Pros: Friendly staff, rotating restaurant on the top, relatively spacious and clean rooms, and a standard breakfast.
Recommendations: Try the rooms toward the city (although back side rooms are quieter); do not raise your expectations for five star facilities.
Bottom line: Looks a bit pricey but is better than other options in Tabriz.
