It's basically a group of shops selling very similar & somewhat predictable souvenir items.
There are a couple of grocery stores too there for any essentials you may need.
It's not a place for hours on end shopping. Best way to get there is as part of a day tour (ask if Pasar Oleh Oleh is included in it). That way you already paid to get to it & you have a tour guide waiting to take you out of there when you have finished (1/2 hour was ample).
Not sure if this happened to anyone else...my tour got me there after 5:00pm, some of the shopkeepers were offering up to 30% discount on items without any prompting. Is this common practice late in the day?
