We stayed here for four nights. It was service from arriving at the front door, bell boy there to greet and collect our suitcases, reception greeted us with a cool juice. We booked two deluxe seaview rooms (highly recommend), great view in the morning, does get a bit warm in the afternoon however the air-conditioning units in the room can cope. Each room had fresh fruit on arrival. We didn't get the turn-down at night, but nothing to complain about overall. The meals in the dining room were good. The breakfast is fantastic catering for westerners and for locals. Swimming pool facility was great, however only gets the sun before 9am. Do yourself a favour and use the Massage & Spa facility on level 3. Great indulgence.

The room is quite big, spacious and clean. A lot of TV channels to select. Has a small work desk and you don't have to worry about the socket as there is an adaptor attached. Bathroom is clean, just that the bathtub is a little bit too high to climb over so you need to be cautious when it is wet. Breakfast spread was reasonable, but the choice was not exactly to my liking.

Cannot comment much on the location. Most of the hotel guests were picked up by vehicles as observed. Overall, it is an above average hotel that is good enough for a night's rest.

The bed was really uncomfortable, there were boards across the bed where my thighs were and that made for a very bad nights sleep. In addition, the air conditioning cut out in the middle of the night and I also woke up sweating like crazy. I couldn't get it to work again either. The internet was awful.
The hotel is very dated but the rooms are big and the amenities are very good. The staff are friendly and they have a good level of spoken English.

Hotel was good enough for stay for 3 nights. I was greeted with a glass of refreshing orange juice on arrival. The check in was smooth.
The rooms size was normal - not too big not too small and so was the bathroom.
They had a big TV which was good. The room had amenities like iron board, mini bar, storages, safe. The best was the room had couple of fruits- Pear and mangosteen for guests.

Breakfast was good, being vegetarian they managed to provide me veg noodles. The hotel is walkable to the beach and nice and comfortable.

Hotel has SPA facilities which was fantastic. They also provided discount coupons when checked in for the use at the SPA.

Stayed here for 2 nights on business in Vung Tau. Rooms are spacious with flat screen TV c/w 35-40 channels (15 in English, the rest local or Chinese?). Plenty of storage with hangers, a safe, mini bar,tea making facility, spacious bathroom with large tub and shower.
On arrival you are greeted by the bellman with a glass of fruit juice while you check in, you will have to leave your passport with reception, but I got mine back a few hours later but it looked like there were some passports that had been kept overnight.
Breakfast was included and was buffet style, although you could be forgiven for thinking it was lunchtime, they had spaghetti bolognese and a few other items that I would not have expected to see at a breakfast buffet.
In the room there was a complimentary plate of fresh mango and 2 x small bottles of water, the rest you have to pay for from the mini bar, but prices are reasonable compared to rip off European or USA hotel mini bars.

I always stay in the Petro Hotel, basement for cars and Motorbikes. Prompt check in and friendly staffs. Must book higher levels than you can see the Seaside and sunset. All the good Restaurants and Bars around this area. Even every Friday is Dog race in Vung Tau and the Arena is 3 min far.

Room Tip: The suites are very comfortable with high speed internet. Breakfast in the 3th floor more quite.

Hotel was ok, nothing too fancy. Room was clean, and not too bad a price, including breakfast. Buffet had usual items. Coffee was cold though. Had lunch there too, sea bass was quite tasty although it was a but slow. To be expected as it was during siesta time (no such luck for me:()
