They attend to you in a prompt manner. Service is quick. Didn't like the chicken much. The side dishes are very average.

We read about it and were excited to test Indian food in Vietnam so we went there yesterday evening. The exterior doesn't look that nice, more like a street restaurant, but the interior looked new and the decoration was nice. We ordered chicken Dahi and some other chicken meal. Both tasted really good, except that some of the chicken wasn't cooked through. We also ordered Nan and Cheese Nan to go with it, which tasted good. Unfortunately a person on the table behind us started to smoke, so I couldn't really enjoy the rest of the meal. We paid about 365.000 VND for two meals and two drinks. All in all the food was good and also the service, but I think you can get better and more food for that amount of money.

Let me start by saying this no longer is a dingy kebab place with worn carpets and broken ceilings. It's your average Indian restaurant, tiled floors, fresh and nicely decorated. Don't know if that happened recently, but it is quite nice.

The food was great - not the best Indian ever, but I wouldn't be surprised if it is the best you can find anywhere in Vietnam. Portions are reasonable, and the prices are on the low end for Vung Tau. A starter and main course set me back 120.000 Dong, roughly 2,50 USD.
Not on the menu is a smooth Australian red wine, that also sells on the low-end.

Staff are Indian, so you get the characteristic friendliness, and unlike most Vietnamese, they speak English very well. If I'd live in Vung Tau, I'd come here weekly just for the ease of communicating, and take the great food as a bonus.

Genuine indian food with an extensive menu and very well trained staff. Great selection of dishes and breads made for a very nice dining experience.

Been to alibaba yesterday evening. The place was old and run down saw a few ceiling light dangling and carpet was bad. Was sceptical about the food but had no choice as I was looking for some indian vegetarian food. Ordered garlic naan . Baigan bartha egg pakora n coupke of lassi. Lassi was not gr8 but the naans and curry were extremely good. If you are looking for some good Indian food this is the place. Excellent taste generous portions and average price not so good ambience. I would recommend this place for anyone visiting vungtau.
