We previously stayed at The Pullman on the other side of the busy roundabout which was 4 times the cost of this gem. Stayed in a suite which had a separate bedroom, living room, two toilets and three sinks. The room and beds were great, clean and modern. At the weekend there was a buffet breakfast and was very busy with families but during the week, breakfast was ordered from the menu. The noodles were excellent. Despite some staff speaking little English, the ladies on reception were excellent and really helpful. Exceptional value and a real gem of a hotel. The roof was a lovely place to relax.

Rooms are lovely, clean and modern. However, not much else. Breakfast was ok, but the roof terrace was not open, the jacuzzis did not work and nor was the sky bar open. There is a little cafe outside by the road with nice drinks

I mainly booked this hotel for the amazing reviews of the breakfast and for the hotel promoting the breakfast as exceptional. What a disappointment. All they had was beef noodles and pho which I could buy outside for a couple of dollars. The beef noodles were oily. The electricity card in the bedroom was also faulty. The lights and tv kept turning off. The receptionist could smile more and be more friendly.
The positives were the hotel upgrading my room and allowing me to check out 30 minutes late.
