I arrived early in the morning which is actually the perfect time to climb. Take your time, climb up both summits, and then come down to enjoy the lovely gardens at the foot of the climb. The panoramic view from the peak is absolutely stunning.

This place is one of the most instagrammable places in Vietnam. The cave itself is nothing special but the view from the top is stunning. Climb 500 stone steps to reach its top and enjoy the uninterrupted view of the sky and ricefield underneath. To have the best photo, come here during harvest season (may-june). Entrance ticket is 100,000vnd(5$).
Great to spend cca 2 hours - the climb to the viewpoint was easier then I expected, great view on the area. The cave itself was small, there are much more beautiful ones in the area.
Loved this location! Stayed on site at the Mua Caves Ecolodge which gave access early in morning before crowds arrived. Enjoyed the early morning hike. Beautiful views from top. Was fun to people watch as crowds arrived - those who were serious hikers and those all dressed up for the perfect picture.
We started our hike up the 500 steps at 6.30am, a much better time to do this than the heat of the day. And an added bonus is that there aren't a lot of people around either - the tour buses hadn't arrived yet. Take plenty of water, stop frequently for the views, it's worth it. Just a note if you are arriving by bike/scooter - DON'T take the first parking area you are offered as it's quite a walk to the entrance, go as far as you can towards the entrance, - you will have to pay anyway so why not get as close as you can. 10,000 VND for scooter, 5,000 VND for bicycle. Actual caves not anything special.
We climbed the 500 steps to the highest point which was a total killer but worth it for the unbelievable views.
