The so-called 5 star resort has a fabulous view with so-so services. If you don't enjoy its golf course, swimming pool, or gymming facilities, you may be disappointed of the rate of A$250 per night for a double room. The room is quite narrow compared to rooms at 3-star hotels in Nha Trang or Da Nang.
Breakfast is included but its Korean style buffet is quite boring. I expected a big breakfast at a 5 star resort but in fact there were not many options to choose. They don't offer Italian-style coffee in the buffet, and according to their staff, you have to pay for the coffee but the only options are just espresso and Americano.
I didn't try its restaurant for dinner because its cheap-designed menu lists many not-very-impressive dishes at ridiculously high price. I instead drove for about 30min to Hai Phong city centre and enjoyed local food there.
The fact that Huyndai built the resort mainly for their Korean staff working at nearby industrial zones, it isn't worth for Western guests to pay a visit.More
