I've stayed in many hotels in Sukhothai over the years, at last I'm pleased to say I've found one where I shall return again and again. The location is great, close to the old town and Historic Park and only a ten minute drive to the new town. The gardens, are lush and well kept, the rooms which sits on the lily ponds are well proportioned and tastefully furnished, the balcony a great place to sit with a cold one, The swimming pool is clean and the children's paddling pool close by was enjoyed by my young son. The peace and quiet of the evening, coupled with a good quality mattress, enabled me to get a really sound sleep. The staff were also a plus, very helpful, though they might be a struggle if you don't speak Thai.
The negatives are trivial, but I will mention them anyway. The shower room is a little tired looking and the shower curtain was sticky and grim. Also the resort food and drink prices are high. A bottle of beer is over double what you would pay outside the grounds. However this is a small price to pay for the comfort and tranquility of this delightful establishment. 17/20. Will definitely return.

Room tip: Upgrade to the deluxe rooms it's well worth it.

Very close to the Unesco Heritage site. Beautiful rooms, gardens and pools make one relax immediately. Food in the restaurant for dinner was average but the balcony right on the Lotus pond made up for it. Breakfast included was ample with plenty of choices.

Room tip: All rooms are lovely it does not matter which one you get. :)

A wonderful welcome from staff and a lovely garden setting. Rooms are charming with balcony, four poster bed and spacious. Lacks a kettle, wifi is very slow, shower limited, bed is very hard.
Breakfast is good as us pool. Can recommend Naa's cooking school not far away at Ninety nine guest house.

We stayed in this hotel for one night while on a trip to Chiangmai. The grounds were well-maintained and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a good breakfast (continental and Thai) while overlooking the lovely lily pond.

I stayed two nights in a Deluxe Double room. The room and the hotel facilities are beautiful and clean, the service is okay.
The location a bit outside of Old Sukhothai, but if you rent a bike, you'll be at the historical park in 10 minutes.
They have a little restaurant where they offer simple meals for rather touristy prices. In general, I had the feeling that everything is a bit too expensive and you got charged for everything. E.g. one pays 50 Baht for 1 hour of very slow internet connection.
All in all, the hotel is nice, but the atmosphere is rather cold. Anyway, if you're here only for couple of nights, it's good value for the money.
