The hotel is old and requires an urgent renovation.
On arrival the check in process was prompt and friendly. The room was spacious and clean but contained only the basic amenities. Breakfast was reasonable offering basic local and western fare.

There were three down sides to the hotel stay. One of the two lifts was out of order for the total stay and there seemed to be no urgency to have the lift repaired, The swimming pool was also out of service due to needed repairs and we were advised that the repairs would take one week. The third was the unreliability of the hotel wi-fi which either did not work or it offered a snail pace speed when it did. It needs to be improved.
The hotel is also away from the tourist and shopping areas but within easy walking distance to a Big C supermarket, Taxis will be required to travel anywhere else.

It's a good hotel with rich breakfast and nice thai style decorations. Maybe most guest are from group and seminar but it's not noisy or busy. We met just 2 issues: one "mosquito" in night time wake we up and water leak when shower.
Value for money.

Stayed here for 2 nights, very convenience location 5 min to the coach station and 15 to the airport. The room is quite large and unique, there's a lot of specific art of the region hidden everywhere in the decor. Swimming pool is large enough to throw the party in if you wish to. Lovely staff as well.

This hotel is good if you stay one night and you plan to do a one day at Sukothai, since the bus station is 5 minutes away in taxi.
The hotel is old and smells humidity. We had spiderwebs in our room and water leaking from the door of the bathroom every time we took a shower. Breakfast buffet is ok.
Staff is nice and they do their best to help you and understand what you need.
Mame sure your taxi takes you to this hotel and not to the Royal Park, which is not far away. 2 times we faced the same mistake and since not everyone speaks or reads english was very helpful to have the hotel adress written in Thai too.
