The hotel was normal size with a small breakfast portion. It looked so-so when I saw from the outside but I feel good when I walked in there. I went here for business meeting. Hotel staffs were nice and good service mind. They opened the doors for me every times I had come in-out. Even for the taxi cap in the front door.

The atmosphere was good with a free wi-fi.

Wow! What a hotel.
We stayed at the Rueanphae Royal Park Hotel for one night en route for Sukhothai.Wow,what a wonderful surprise hotel.From the exterior,the hotel seems classic with nothing special,but when inside the lobby,it turn to be a wonderful hotel. The lobby is splendid.We were greeted with a damp towel for washing our hands and face and a welcome non-alcoolic drink.Our room was splendid and all the staff extraordinairy.The pool area is not so big but awesome.We had a dinner buffet in our deal and it was exquisite.We dine outside,near the pool area.I recommend strongly this hotel if you are in transit at Phitsanulok. I would had photos of the hotel (i have several beautiful ones), but my photos are to big (more than 5mg).Thank you Rueanphae Royal Park Hotel.

Pas terrible
Inclus dans un voyage organisé 4 étoiles, c’est un hôtel vieux, éloigné du centre ou la nourriture ne présente pas une belle image du pays.
Salle de bain en mauvais état.
Serviettes biens.
Literie correcte.
Après le petit déjeuner, on peut se changer de vêtements tellement on sent le graillon.
Le service de l’hôtel est médiocre et la clientèle est essentiellement française.
Pour le typique et la qualité, allez ailleurs.

Jammer, zo slecht onderhouden
Het lijkt zo mooi, maar door slecht onderhoud mankeert er veel aan de kamer (416) die wij toebedeeld kregen.
De deur naar het toilet was rot en een scharnier was afgebroken.
Veel geluid vanaf de doorgaande weg.
De kamer was gelukkig groot. De airco werkte maar niet naar behoren, misschien is het bijvullen vaan koelvloeistof de oplossing. Beheersing van de Engelse taal is zeer minimaal.
Ontbijt redelijk uitgebreid.
Het zwembad tja......
Kortom voor één nacht goed maar niet voor een langer verblijf.

hôtel très moyen, personnels pas au top, restaurant bof, emplacement bruyant, pas beaucoup de chose positive a dire a part le bas prix si vous en avez les moyens prenez un autre établissement. je ne vous recommande pas celui-ci.

Old and not clean/Vieillot et pas propre
Pretty depressing place ! Rooms, hall, dining place look past their best. The swimming pool area was dirty (I found a spoon and a chewing gum on the side). We had a cockraoch in our bedroom. The staff spoke no English and were not friendly. Basci breakfast.
Un endroit plutôt déprimant ! Le hall, les chambres, le restaurant, tout parait d'une autre époque. L'environnement de la piscine était sale, j'y ai trouvé une cuillère et un chewing-gum, ainsi qu'un cafard dans la chambre. Le personnel était froid et ne parlait pas anglais. Petit déjeuner basique.
