Most special hotel I have been in. Beautiful rooms, spotless, spacious, modern, zen and a great view from the balcony. The adjoining bathroom with candles, a special touch. The staff amazing, helpfull and all. The pool clean in a nice setting. The food was great, tasty and the coffee gooooood.

A lovely and cosy place close to the river where you can take out your bike for exciting trips through the city and neighborhood or just a good walk to the nearest and famous temple!
Taking a break on the balcony while watching the river or enjoying the small pool or simply room service while using the free WIFI ....time, unfortunateky is passing too fast!
The place is in good shape with friendly and competent staff assisting during teh whole stay with natural kindness and attention.
The breakfast was served from a small menu of choice with rich and tasty portion paired with excellent coffee.
We actually went last year to Yoida Heritage in October and enjoyed the place very much with good memories!

The place is pretty new (opened in 2009). The best thing about the place is the service - purely amazing! No hesitation for recommending it to anyone! The breakfast is nothing amazing, but the way it is presented and "given" to you makes it a good start of the day. The pool is small but clean and cozy.

We stopped on our way from Chiang Mai to Ayutthaya, not far from Sukhothai.
The hotel is located close to downtown, 2 minutes walk from the Wat Yai (not to be missed) and right by the Nan river.
The service is outstanding, the rooms are beautiful with a balcony and a superb bathroom. Food is exceptional both at breakfast and lunch/dinner (with an Italian twist at the restaurant).

While most people visiting Sukhothai tend to stay in the outskirts of Sukhothai itself, we opted to stay in Phitsanulok (a 1 hour bus ride away) for our base. There's not much to see in Phitsanulok itself, but if you fancy a bit of a splurge on a nice hotel in the area then this definitely fits the bill.

We stayed at Yodia for 3 nights - the staff went out of their way to please, sending the hotel Mercedes to the station to meet us on arrival. They were more than happy to ferry us there and back from the station at other times as well, normally at a moment's notice. The hotel has an open and airy feel to it - the room was huge, spotless, and finished to a very high standard. The bathroom was great and had both a bath and separate shower. The hotel seems to have very thick walls as we didn't hear a noise from the outside during the whole stay.

Given a lack of nearby options in Phitsanulok, we dined at the hotel all evenings. The menu is very extensive, being divided evenly between Italian and Thai specialities. The food was generally very tasty and prepared with some flair by the kitchen - the only letdown was the pizza, which seemed a little cardboardy. The staff prepared a birthday cake and candles at very short notice after i had informed them that it was my girlfriend's birthday, which was a nice touch! Breakfast was so huge that it pretty much made lunch redundant.

The reading room/internet terminals in the hotel were a nice oasis to relax in. The only criticism we had of the hotel facilities was that the pool was too cold to swim in, even with the heat outside!

We were extremely satisfied with the quality of the hotel, and the staff ensured that we were very well taken care of.

Best part of this hotel is their great staff who know what service means and provides it at the level one expects at a 5 star hotel. Our visit started with the complementary airport pickup with the driver waiting for us with a little sign. He then wisked us off the the hotels Mercedes sedan for the drive through town from the airport in the south of town to the hotel which is in the northern part of town. Waiting for us at the hotel was a front desk attendant with cool towels and glasses of juice. Front desk is a desk where you can sit while the staff efficiently takes care of checkin in just a couple of minutes. Then an attendant takes you to your room while walking you through the hotel telling you about everything you need to know, like breakfast, internet, etc, etc. We had a nice sized room on the top floor with a small balcony. Hotel is done in modern Thai style. We had a very comfortable king bed. Bathroom has both a tub and shower but the shower was a little on the small side and the shower curtain was a little below grade for such a nice place. Full supply of bathroom bottles and boxes of good quality products. There was also a nice fruit plate waiting in the room. Hotel provides complementary shuttle service to places near the hotel like the night market and restaurants. We took advantage of this by having the Mercedes drop us at the night market. After a restful night we had the included buffet breakfast in the upstairs room of the restaurant which had a view of the river. Very nice spread of breakfast items. Here also the wait staff were at hand for great service. Checkout was handled smoothly by the front desk. All in all a really nice experience that can be highly recommended. Actually, I would have liked to give them 4.5 but tripadvisor doesn't allow that. Pitty that hotel is in a city with not a whole lot because it is a hotel you would love to return to or linger at.

The only reason i give it a "very good" instead of an "excellent" is that the service is that good, that it made me feel uncomfortable.
Everything is perfect. The service, the room, breakfast, dinner in the restaurant... etc.
We wanted to go to,the night-market. The chauffeur brought us with de hotel car.
The next day we had to go to the train station. Same thing.

One remarque : the crèpes Suzette on the menu is not "the" crèpes Suzette. It doesn't even come close to the real thing.
