The hotel is well located, very quiet location. only 5 minutes drive from center of Pai and the hotel has transportation
Hotel with quiet and relax atmosphere and beautiful view.
The room is clean and comfortable with garden view.
In the resort there were 2 nice and clean swimming pools.
There is excellent breakfast.
Staff was kind and friendly and made a huge effort to delight our stay.

Nice hotel with nice view to nature
Outside Pai with a nice view to nature. The cottage is a bit small, yet comfortable. Breakfast depends on the amount of tourists in the hotel – one morning there was a nice buffet on the other we were serves a menu dish. Two nice pools – one big, good for swimming, the other smaller, with a wonderfull view to the scenery. Though outside Pai it is only 3-5 minutes’ drive and the hotel has transportation to Pai’s small and lovely walking street. The staff is helpful.

nice property but food could be so much better
spent 2 nights here in September in the deluxe cottages.
good clean room and clean bathrooms with a nice shower but not powerful at all.
also every time we wanted to shower, we had to call them to fix the hot water!!
had breakfast twice and also a meal on arrival.
considering one is in thailand, the food needs to be much much better and also the breakfast spread. very disappointing.
wifi not strong in the cottages.
pool looked clean & well maintained.
free parking and helpful staff but english is definitely an issue.

Nice hotel in a nice location
the hotel was good. The rooms were big and had a nice view of the resort. the bathroon was big but the water pressure was low and the there were no hot water.
The location is green and lovely but is full with mosquitoes-be ready.
The breakfast was ngood, on a nice terrace with a beautiful view.
There was no Wifi in the rooms, which was a disadvantage

Belle Villa Resort Pai
Rooms are clean, staff very friendly and could not do enough for you. I would highly recommend this place for its peaceful and beautiful surroundings and friendliness of the staff
We checked into the Bungalow rooms which cost more than the Deluxe rooms but ten minutes after checking in we decided that we wanted somewhere brighter and with less mosquitoes, the manageress immediately arranged for a change of rooms without any qualms.
When our pre-arranged transport was delayed for 1.5 hours, the same pleasant manageress of the hotel personally offered us some cut fruits and asked if she could arrange alternative accommodation for us.

Try to find something better
We got a bungalo, which looks nice in the photos, but was very crowded for parents + 16 year old boy. The water in the shower was just a drizzle, with temperature going up and down, we had to improvise a light-blocker for the glass roof at one corner, and the breakfast was poor. I don't know if there is something better in the neighborhood, but try to find one.
