“A Little Small”

A little small waterfall, not very high too. Maybe that's why not too many people were there when I visited... :)

“Nice place”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 14, 2014

It is quite a long walk, around 3-4 hours. Be sure to leave early so you have plenty of time to enjoy the waterfall before it gets dark. Also, wear durable shoes which you don't mind getting wet as you have to go in and out river frequently.

“Beautiful! - prepare to get your boots wet though”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 8, 2013

I started at 10:00 from the parking space at the beginning of the hike. The track it self isn't marked very well but it is easy to find the waterfall. Just follow the river for 2,5 hours. After 1,5 hours you see a sign for a safer detour. After this sign it is still a hour walk. I met nobody the whole way.

It is important that you come prepared. Take shoes that can get wet as you have to cross the river many times. Long trousers are also a must. Take at least 2 liters of water and some food with you.
It takes 2,5 - 3 hours to reach the waterfall depending on your condition. Don't start after 12 because when it's get dark your lost.

The reward is a nice waterfall, completely for you alone. I took a swim. If you take a tent you can stay there the whole night.

“Beautiful. But a hard hike!”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 22, 2013 via mobile

We started walking at about 12 and we didn't manage to finish to hike! It is a very long way about 3 hours in each direction. The path is very vage and isnt marked.. but the views are amazing. Even though we didn't get to the waterfall it was worth it.
The hike isn't hard and anyone can do it even with sandals but you should take plenty of water and start early so you won't find yourself hiking back in the dark.

“Hard work but peaceful”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 16, 2013 via mobile

We wet today to the falls. It was a three hour trek through the jungle and the paths are not very clear at all, and you have to wade through the river about 20 times. The track itself is beautiful, and you're envelopes in lush green forestry but beware- you are not alone! We saw big hoof prints and heard lots of noises, and saw giant dung so I would recommend not going alone, and taking some sort of knife as a just incase. The falls themselves are cold and refreshing, and there is a little area where you can build a fire. I would say don't leave the starting point after ten am because I would never be able to find my way back in the dark! If you are prepared and WEAR TRAINERS OR HIKING BOOTS as well as bringing lots of water and a few snacks this is a beautiful way to spend the day
