This is a great place if you wanted to stay near Pai town within walking distance. Everything is walking distance away. There are lots of bars and restaurants near by. I also love the fact that it is a river front view. The staff are very friendly and kind. I have forgotten my T-shirt and they phone me to let me know. I will surely stay there again and again.
