“Beautiful setting, lovely place”
Reviewed July 12, 2012

This is about 10 minutes walk through the countryside to Pai centre, and it's a beautiful place. The bungalows are lovely, clean, good value, with hot water and nice beds. But the place is made by the outdoor setting. Big pond in the middle full of fish, with peaceful places to chill, a nice, spring fed swimming pool is a unique and enjoyable experience, and hammocks on every balcony.

The staff will leave you to relax, but if you need anything it's not too much trouble. On arrival we had a free pick up from Pai centre, and even at 5am on departure we were dropped back in.

Also nice is the view of the sunset across the mountains from the bar...

If there's a downside it's the walk back at night, you probably need to take a slightly longer route, which is dark, but it's worth it.

We just returned from a three night stay. It was pure heaven after Bangkok! The bungalow we chose was clean and large, the AC was great, as was the hot water shower. The grounds are beautiful, set right up against the hills just long enough out of town to be so peaceful and quiet. We had no problem walking into town for dinner, but would recommend a flashlight. We found the owners very helpful and pleasant. The coffee and breakfast were delicious, and we appreciated the convenience of having the restaurant on site. The owners helped us arrange a jungle trek on a moments notice, with a guide who was born and raised in the Pai area, and the experience was fantastic. The guide's name is Ting, he doesn't advertise, and if you want to do a jungle trek with lunch prepared by him in the jungle using bamboo to make all the dishes, have them set you up with Ting, it was one of the best experiences of our whole trip to Thailand! We highly recommend Pairadise!

Room Tip: The larger bungalows with AC are well worth the few extra dollars for comfort.

This place is heaven on Earth and gave me THE relaxing experience I was looking for.
Chilling in the hammock, swimming in the natural pool...
Feeling very lucky that I chose it. Have nothing to complain.
There is a few mosquitos and insects around sure....but that's how it is.
The rooms are great. As it was low season, really affordable. Being a little outside of town was no probs at all, walkable in 10 mins!
Also the breakfast they make is fantastic with self made bread...
A very chilled place, with beautiful views over the valley from the little restaurant.

Room Tip: The cheaper rooms are attached to each other. In the more expensive ones you have more privacy.

We stayed here for 5 nights in June and absolutely loved our stay. We went for a large bungalow with fan and because we were staying for 3 days or more we received a discount which was excellent value. The room was spotless and have an amazing bathroom with really hot shower. The garden was beautifully maintained and the pool brought welcome relief from the humidity. The yoga on offer is good, but expect to pay a little bit more than in town or Chiang Mai. The staff are really helpful and I would recommend the French toast for breakfast. The location is perfect, a little bit out of town to be away from the noise, but not so far that you need to hire a motorbike. One of the nicest places we've stayed on our 3 month SEAsia trip.

I really enjoyed my time at Pairadise and would recommend it to someone who is wanting to relaxing and enjoy a slower pace of life. It's a short walk from Pai and more quite that some places in town. The natural pool was being cleaned so I did not try it, but the breakfast was very good and the room was very clean. If you want more action you might want to stay in Pai, but this is a great choice of a relaxing stay. They even picked me up from the mini bus stop and took me to the property. Might want a motorbike to commute to Pai or the walk is about 5-10 minutes.

Room Tip: A fan room was fine since it cools off many nights.

Heaven on earth! I didn't have the pleasure of meeting the owner and his wife but luckily I met his fantastic brother Sit. Located on the same road as the route to the waterfall, this place is magic for someone seeking complete peace in comfort. I immediately felt like I was at home upon entering the premise. The permanent huts surround a pond and natural pool. The rooms are clean and equipped with A/C. Wifi available in the huts.

Room Tip: There are different sizes, small ones are attached to another small one whereas the large ones sit i...
