First time I stayed at this place. 'Boutique' probably is a misnomer though we did have a very pleasant stay. The location is excellent as it's quiet and on the river but still only 5 minutes walk to Walking Street. The people were very friendly. Breakfast was just so-so though. Our room was breezy and spacious decorated in Northern Thai style and the bathroom was excellent. Pai is getting more touristy and therefore more expensive so I think the price was right for what we got.

Room Tip: We took a cottage and I would advise to take at least the same or a bungalow!

Really good location closed to the town and river with convenience and silence. Simple antique wood furnishing with nice breakfast. Floor is clean, fresh air comes through the net windows. A dog and a cat seem living here.

Loved staying here. Staff very helpful, loved the teak in the rooms, loved the ambience, loved the breakfasts. Was in a perfect location-close to the walking streets but just far enough to be out of the hustle and bustle. Accommodated our children very well at a very affordable price. Would stay here again.

Room Tip: Nearer the river was nice but I think all rooms would be good.

We like this boutique guesthouse as it gives us some kind of "fond memory". The reception staff is a very friendly young man who goes all way out to help us. We were given the higher floor with river view. However, when we returned from town at night we can't use the room key to open our room. The two young family girls who were on night duty can't speak a simple English at all. But they tried their best to help us by using the master key and still failed to open the lock. So we ended up using the next door room's key to enter from the common balcony and moved into my room. Finally they decided to let us shift to a new room next to ours. The breakfast is sufficient though not fantastic but we still enjoyed the fresh fruits given. We must say the guest house has a beautiful garden with soothing ambiance and it's so close to the river. We can simply relax in the pavilion next to the river, day dreaming or reading a book. Well, it's pity that because of low season the guest house doesn't serve dinner at the river side.

Traveled with family with young childrens, we took 2-rooms & a bungalow & stayed for 2-nights. The rooms & hotel area are nicely decorated, there are plenty of chill-out place for family to hang around chatting. rooms are clean & the staff & owner are pretty helpful. if you appreciate art & relaxing ambience, the place is right for you. Hotel location are not inside the night market area, but quite convenient with just a 5-10 minutes walk to night market. Breakfast are great, simple yet delicious. cosy place to spend your holiday with loved one.

Room Tip: Bungalow are the best option with a private patio area
