Loved staying here. Staff very helpful, loved the teak in the rooms, loved the ambience, loved the breakfasts. Was in a perfect location-close to the walking streets but just far enough to be out of the hustle and bustle. Accommodated our children very well at a very affordable price. Would stay here again.

Room Tip: Nearer the river was nice but I think all rooms would be good.

We like this boutique guesthouse as it gives us some kind of "fond memory". The reception staff is a very friendly young man who goes all way out to help us. We were given the higher floor with river view. However, when we returned from town at night we can't use the room key to open our room. The two young family girls who were on night duty can't speak a simple English at all. But they tried their best to help us by using the master key and still failed to open the lock. So we ended up using the next door room's key to enter from the common balcony and moved into my room. Finally they decided to let us shift to a new room next to ours. The breakfast is sufficient though not fantastic but we still enjoyed the fresh fruits given. We must say the guest house has a beautiful garden with soothing ambiance and it's so close to the river. We can simply relax in the pavilion next to the river, day dreaming or reading a book. Well, it's pity that because of low season the guest house doesn't serve dinner at the river side.

Traveled with family with young childrens, we took 2-rooms & a bungalow & stayed for 2-nights. The rooms & hotel area are nicely decorated, there are plenty of chill-out place for family to hang around chatting. rooms are clean & the staff & owner are pretty helpful. if you appreciate art & relaxing ambience, the place is right for you. Hotel location are not inside the night market area, but quite convenient with just a 5-10 minutes walk to night market. Breakfast are great, simple yet delicious. cosy place to spend your holiday with loved one.

Room Tip: Bungalow are the best option with a private patio area

Perfect location. Almost at the center of the small town yet away from the main road where you can enjoy the quiet environment by the river. Easily within walking distance to the bus/van station, night market, restaurants & all the little shops in town.
The whole place at the guesthouse is decorated with an exquisite nice setting. You can have photos taken beautifully almost in every corner of the place. Big & clean comfortable room.
Great breakfast!

Bit pricey for what it was. We had to switch out of a bungalow because the air con was broken, and the downgraded room was much nicer! Wouldn't spring for anything more than a standard room here. People were nice enough but the place itself was a bit run down and the neighbors were under construction. Gardens and setting were nice enough though.

The location of guesthouse is near walking street, easy to find food, massage and convient store, it's reasonable in the price. If you want to stay around Pai, just walk can go to bus station, Aya service, restaurants, night market, not too far from guesthouse. The road around the door of guesthouse is not so flat, when you ride a bike must be carefull, the space for parking bike is not so big, so when you come back lately, maybe feel a litte crowded. There is not too many choices in breakfast, but every meal is delicious, including local meal and western meal to choose.Guesthouse offers two "small" bottles of water in the double bed room, but it's not enough for me, but also offer free coffee and clean water in the lobby.
The temperature of shower water in bathroom is not stable, sometimes is too weak, sometimes is not too warm, but soap, shampoo, hairdrier are all prepared in bathroom.
They offer free wifi let me access internet, give me passward when check-in, the signal is not very strong in the room, but it's convient for smart phone. The TV channels only 10 more, only thai channels, and only CRT TV, not new one.I would recommend other people to stay here because good location, quiet and clean for me, it's satisfied me.
