My room, 2113, had a flooded bathroom.
The place is run down...
If it changed ownership it could be brought up to a higher standard, but clearly this place is unloved.
I arrived on Valentine's Day!
I wish I'd refered to Trip Advisor before booking this place.

i have stayed in many lost cost hotels but this was one of the worse.
we stayed here 5 days
our toilet was so close to the shower stall that my knees hit the shower wall
the restaurant was open for breakfast one day and we had to ask for them to give us something on the other mornings
the restaurant was closed for any other meals
the desk staff was less than helpful until we spoke thai to them and they responded in english
there are 3 or 4 hotels with a similar name, the one on the main road was ok but this was on soi 3 in mae sai
our guest had no hot water so they changed rooms but there were problems in the new room so they went back and forth from the old room to the new room and the staff did not care
to sum it up - no one cared and i will never return
