The employee has little or no manners, for example, my hands are full and walking up to my table and one of the employee walks by, the path is narrow between chairs. What did the waitress do, she just stood there and look at you and expect you to move out of their way. and the attitude that's being project from all of there employee is "we don't need customer, but customers needs us), They will talk bad about the customers and not really cares who is listening. One morning I was having my breakfast, there was one group of European tourist left the table, it wasn't all that messy, one of the waitress made a remarks in Thai that literally translated to English was quite shocking to me was "what a Euro trash" Immediately thoughts came to my mind was, Well I am not European, I am a Thai, I didn't get treated well either. So I sum up as they just don't like their customers. The overall establishment itself needs some kind of management. I have been staying in this place for over 10 years on/of average of 2-3 times/years, 1-4 weeks durations. It has never change. I just wish they have more competitions. Facility itself is not all that clean either, the toilet Oder is part of the rooms.
