It is amazing no one has written about this place. I have stayed here on 3 separate occasions at different times of the year. First off its really off the beaten path to be sure. but a much safer off the beaten path than going over to Mango bay. This place is as basic as it gets no TV's maybe 1-2 AC rooms (Always get the fan its enough because of the breeze). What makes this place a gem is having a bungalow right on the water. Two of them are so close you get misted in bad weather. (Jan) Its great hearing the waves and smelling the salty air. My main love of this place is the fact you can swim with Black tip reef sharks. Slap on a mask maybe some fins out the door into the water for some very decent sealife. I spent enough time in the bay to know its underwater landmarks so if you like snorkeling just swim in a strait line across the bay from the OK 2 sign about 100 yards out follow the white sand fingers if you cant find it. This is a perfect little eco system on a submerged rock that you can watch an occasional shark swim by and check out a myriad of sealife. The food is decent not great but not bad at all, it is also within a long walk to Buddha view dive schools...It is amazing no one has written about this place. The final nice part about OK 2 is a nice beach within a short swim if you look at it from above its really nice.More
