We stayed for 4 nights in one of the basic bungalows & I wish we stayed longer!! The bungalows were super clean, with a lot more character than I was expecting! Gardens surrouding the bungalows had lots of interesting plants & the beach is good for swimming. Hotel staff were helpful; they picked us up from the ferry & booked a couple of day trips for us. Definitely do at least 1 snorkeling day trip, the coral & fish are amazing!
We would definitely stay again, however next time I would try to book one of the larger, newer bungalows.

We stayed 5 nights in a deluxe seaview bungalow at the wonderful resort. The bungalow was clean, spacious and nicely decorated, and the staff was very friendly. The location was amazing, on the beach and close to the village, but far enough from all of the hustle and bustle.

We loved our stay at the Palm Leaf resort. It's tucked away from the busy, noisy parts of the beach but everything is still just a 10-15 minute walk away.

The staff was super nice and attentive without being overly intrusive. They helped us arrange all of our travel details and transfers.

The food was also surprisingly good. We had great chicken satay and the salad greens were super duper fresh. Seemed like they were harvested from the garden that morning. The free breakfast wasn't anything to write home about but served it's purpose well. The mixed fruit smoothie they have was our favorite on the island and the perfect way to end another beautiful day in Koh Tao.

We booked a Superior Room and could see the beach from our porch. It was worth the upgrade for us! We loved being just feet from the ocean. A truly incredible experience.

Decent spot with a nice beach and lounge chairs. About a 10 minute walk from the busier parts of koh tao. Basic room with cold AC. The upgraded rooms looked nicer though we just stayed in the basic. Good restaurant for lunch right in front of the resort. Front desk was helpful in booking ferries to other islands.

The location of the resort was great, just far away enough from the noise and bustle of the centre of town, but just a short walk away.
The room was comfortable and well air-conditioned, however it wasn’t as clean as I expected. There was centipedes (dead and alive) in the room. The housekeeping during our stay just seemed to make the bed, instead of clean the room as well.
We had breakfast at the hotel on a couple of mornings, which was fine!
The lady on reception was lovely and always very helpful!!
