Stayed here for one night, the staff were nice and the pool was also nice. But unfortunately the rooms were reallybad no safe and the toilet was simply disgusting. Window was also broke and couldnt close they fixed it but it took a while.

We didn't stay at this resort but we went there for dinner one night as they have a happy hour deal between 6pm and 9pm. The staff were unbelievably slow and inattentive and were just sitting around chatting instead of taking our order/bringing our meal/bringing the bill. However, the main issue was that afterwards my boyfriend and I had the worst food poisoning I have ever experienced! Do not eat here!

A couple of beers and some fire dancing. With spicy squid and a lovely green curry 270bht. Good food. Right on the beach front and has wifi. I love koh tao. Clean and nice, only had the food. The BBQ fish is to be tried tomorrow. Recommended!

We booked our accommodation on Agoda.com and managed to find a really good deal. The rooms are brand new and very clean with a big balcony. Our room had a HUGE king size bed which was really comfortable! There was construction work going on but as others have said there is construction work going on all over Koh Tao because of the rising tourism but it didn't bother us and rooms are very sound proof at night time despite being close to the bars.
We had the buffet breakfast included with our room which was very good and was great to eat in their beach front restaurant looking out onto the beautiful sairee beach. Next to the restaurant is the newly built swimming pool with a poolside bar which is great to enjoy in the sun.
The restaurant does a great beach BBQ with extremely generous portions. There's a spectacular fire show on the beach outside the restaurant to enjoy while you're eating. The Happy hour deals are great, 100baht for a cocktail and small beers only 50 baht.
All in all, we enjoyed our stay here and would recommend people to stay here despite the negative comments others have left, the rooms are secure and there are safety deposit boxes for your room at reception.

Yes we did read the other reviews on here but decided to find out for ourselves seeing as there were mixed opinions. We did however only book 1 night which was the only smart thing we did when booking this hotel. Surprisingly, or maybe not so, they did not have our booking when we arrived. We stood there for ages while they were looking through their folder not saying anything to us and then eventually ordered us to pay up. We took that as a sign that they found our booking. The room was fine, bathroom was dark, sticky floor and very musty smell. The door was too small for the frame (not unusual in Thailand) but it was the sliding doors that opened up to the balcony that really got to us. At this point I should mention that the room did not have a safe (or a fridge) and we joked that you could open the sliding doors with a credit card. We were wrong. It turns out that all you need is a piece of paper! I locked my boyfriend out (purely for testing purposes) and armed with a single sheet of paper he opened the door! So apart from not being very secure there were also a lot of mosquitoes in the room but luckily we were armed with our can of target. The pool area was very busy with loud music blaring and it was interesting to note that people were drinking bottles of beer whilst in the pool. The hotel is in a good location, moments away from the beach, 7/11 and lots of bars and restaurants. That however is in our opinion the only good point. Staff is unfriendly / bordering on rude and for what you get it is way overpriced. What did we learn ? Trust your instinct and the reviews on Tripadvisor!

Room Tip: Please note I rated the rooms as poor, this is due to it not being very secure and also the state of the bathroom. The room itself is fine.
